FAQS

Where is the event at?

Glimmer of Hope is at Seven Willows Weddings and Events, located at 7600 Panama Road, Hickman, NE 68372. 
(Full directions and links to map below) 

Do I need to give you a list of my table guests ahead of time? 

You do not need to tell us ahead of time who your table guests will be, HOWEVER, we do request that you tell your guests the name you booked the tickets with, so they can give your name at the check-in table. 

What time do I need to arrive for the VIP event? 

Please plan to arrive at 3:50pm so we can start the event right at 4:00pm. 

What time should my guests arrive for the MAIN event?  

Doors will open for the Main Event at 5:00pm. 

Where do I park?

There is a large parking lot right at the venue. The roads leading to the venue are paved, and the parking lot is rock/gravel. 

What is the dress code? 

The dress code is cocktail attire. 

Will you be able to accomodate dietary concerns?

We will do our best to accomodate dietary concerns. Please reach out to Kayla as soon as possible if you have strict dietary concerns. Please advise your guests to look over the event page, and reach out to me with any dietary concerns as well!  kayla@disruptingtraffick.org

 

When do I need to submit the logo and marketing information to you?

Please plan to submit the marketing materials as soon as possible, but no later than August 25th.

 

Can I promote the event from my personal or business social media pages?

Yes! We encourage you to show your support for the event, and invite your friends or colleagues to the event as well! You can share our event posts from our social media pages ( Instagram and Facebook ) or you can directly share our event page to your social media pages.

DIRECTIONS

Seven Willows is located southeast of Hickman. All roads leading to Seven Willows Wedding and Events are paved roads.

Coming from Lincoln, there are a few different routes available:
– Hwy 77 South (this becomes S 12th St.)
– S. 70th St (transitions to S 68th St)
– S. 84th St (transitions to S 82nd St)
