Liberation Summit

Disrupting Traffick is committed to engaging the community and service providers in the issue of human trafficking. Every year, we invite abolitionists from around the world to inspire, empower, and equip local leaders with the tools they need to serve survivors well. We want to see the erradication of modern-day slavery in our life-times and we believe we can only do that by working in collaboration and unity.

I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought
— 1 Corinthians 1:10

Spotlight Events

Every quarter, Disrupting Traffick hosts a spotlight event for members of the community to engage in the issue of human trafficking. We invite a local anti-trafficking organization to train and equip community members on a specific topic relating to human trafficking. This allows Disrupting Traffick to work in unity with local organizations and to provide a platform for them to succeed.

Neighborhood Watch Initiative

The Neighborhood Watch Initiative was developed as a way for community members to take back their neighborhoods by adopting specific areas of the community with the intention of implementing strategic outreach opportunities. Members of the NWI identify specific areas with the potential for human trafficking. Each member is equipped with the tools and training to adopt that area and create a strategic outreach plan.
