Community Support Worker

Disrupting Traffick seeks to disrupt the cycle of sex-trafficking in Nebraska through preventative and restorative care. Our Resource Center provides wrap-around services to women and their children with a walk-in Resource Closet and multiple layers of social services to equip them to pursue safety and stability.

Our Community Support Workers interact directly with clients 10-15 hours a week in the walk-in Resource Center. Our clients range in age from 18-50 year old women, many of whom are mothers. The Community Support Worker assists the Resource Coordinator and Client Advocate in providing immediate and long-term support to our clients.

We are looking for compassionate individuals with a desire to make a difference in the lives of women in the community. If you are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Mental Health Fields, this would be a great part-time position for you!
